The Opportunity for Supervisor General Affair

Qualifications:
- Graduates of Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Supervisor or General Affairs Manager role in a manufacturing company
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and asset management systems
- Familiar with ISO and IATF.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines
- Understanding of regulations and compliance in the manufacturing industry
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang Pusat, GIIC Deltamas area and join ASAP.
Job description :
- Oversee and coordinate daily administrative and operational activities in the General Affairs function.
- Manage and optimize the use of company resources, assets, and facilities.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, regulations, and policies.
- Develop and manage the General Affairs department budget.
- Serve as the main liaison with internal and external stakeholders regarding General Affairs issues.
- Initiate and implement process improvement and efficiency projects.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of General Affairs staff, as well as provide guidance and training.
- Control various permits required by the company.
- Responsible for the cleanliness, security, and repair of company buildings and environment.
- Responsible for company security by controlling security.
- Responsible for and monitoring the testing of lifting and transport equipment, equipment, and company legal documents.
- Controls reports on waste management in the company environment.
