We are seeking a talented and dedicated Supervisor General Affair  to join our team at PT Frina Lestari Nusantara. Based in Cikarang Pusat Jawa Barat, this full-time role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our company.

Qualifications:

• Graduates of Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Supervisor or General Affairs Manager role in a manufacturing company
• Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and asset management systems
• Familiar with ISO and IATF.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines
• Understanding of regulations and compliance in the manufacturing industry
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang Pusat, GIIC Deltamas area and join ASAP.

Job description :

• Oversee and coordinate daily administrative and operational activities in the General Affairs function.
• Manage and optimize the use of company resources, assets, and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, regulations, and policies.
• Develop and manage the General Affairs department budget.
• Serve as the main liaison with internal and external stakeholders regarding General Affairs issues.
• Initiate and implement process improvement and efficiency projects.
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of General Affairs staff, as well as provide guidance and training.
• Control various permits required by the company.
• Responsible for the cleanliness, security, and repair of company buildings and environment.
• Responsible for company security by controlling security.
• Responsible for and monitoring the testing of lifting and transport equipment, equipment, and company legal documents.
• Controls reports on waste management in the company environment.
