The Opportunity for Production Manager

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Production Manager  to join our team at PT Frina Lestari Nusantara. Based in Cikarang Pusat Jawa Barat, this full-time role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our company.

Qualifications:

• Graduates of Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 3 years experience as Production Manager in plastic manufacturing are prefered
• Understanding of the basic principles of injection molding, blow molding, and assembly machines
• Proficiency in production planning, material management, and cost control techniques
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, or equivalent standards
• Able to use ERP/MRP software and production support applications
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and Continuous Improvement concepts
• Proficient in MS Office
• Ability to negotiate and communicate
• Willing to be placed in Central Cikarang, Bekasi and join ASAP

Job description :

• Plan, organize, and supervise all production activities in the injection molding, blow molding, and assembly areas.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in accordance with company targets.
• Ensure that production processes run according to established quality, quantity, and time standards.
• Oversee the use of machinery, equipment, and materials to ensure efficiency and optimal performance.
• Implementing quality control systems at every stage of production
• Identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical and non-technical issues on the production line
• Developing and training the production team to improve skills and productivity
• Maintaining compliance with occupational safety (K3) and environmental policies
• Coordinating with other departments such as R&D, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain
• Prepare production reports, efficiency analyses, and recommendations for continuous improvement
• Willing to work with high targets and in a dynamic work environment
