The Opportunity for Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Maintenance Manager  to join our team at PT Frina Lestari Nusantara. Based in Cikarang Pusat Jawa Barat, this full-time role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our company.

Qualifications:

• Graduates of Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 3 years experience as Maintenance Manager
• Experienced in Otomotive Manufacturing Plastics are prefered
• Proficient in Ms Office
• Programmable Logic Controller
• Total Productive Maintenance/TPM
• Kaizen/Continuous Improvement System
• Knowledge of Management System
• Corrective and Preventive Action Required/ CPAR & problem solving tools
• Understand the implementation of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015
• Ability to negotiate and communicate
• Willing to be placed in Central Cikarang, Bekasi and join ASAP

Job description :

• Have a maintenance capability development strategy
• Understand hydraulic and pneumatic working systems
• Understanding dies & molding process in Plastics Manufacturing
• Material & processing product knowledge in plastic manufacturing
• Mastering the concept of Total Productive Maintenance, Reliability Centered Maintenance
• Understand maintenance for operational and production facilities (mechanical & electrical)
• Understand planning and scheduling indicators such as plan compliance, planning ratio, backlog, stock-out, lead time, maintenance cost etc.
• Understanding of production processes in plastic manufacturing (blow molding machinery, injection machinery, vacuum forming machinery, robotic painting machinery/systems)
• Mastering PLC, Micro Controller
• Mastering robotics
