The Opportunity for Supervisor Research and Development (RnD)

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Supervisor Research and Development (RnD) to join our team at PT Frina Lestari Nusantara. Based in Cikarang Pusat Jawa Barat, this full-time role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our company.

Qualifications:

• Graduates of Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration or equivalent
• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial or equivalent.
• Min 1-3 years experience as Manufacturing Research and Development Supervisor
• Familiar of Flow Process Design & Development
• Proficiency in 3D Design Software (Catia) and CAE Simulations
• Knowledge of Automotive Parts
• Familiar of plastic material types, characteristics and of basic design related to plastic parts
• Familiar with ISO 9001 and IATF are prefered
• Have good leadership skills and can work in a team.
• Fluent in English
• Willing to be located in Central Cikarang, GIIC Deltamas Area and Join as soon as possible.

Job description :

• Conducting product design studies for development
• Creating product design activity schedules
• Creating 3D & 2D designs/models
• Simulating product designs that have been created
• Verify and validate the designed product
• Create a breakdown of the developed product's parts list (BOM)
• Join trials (machine, testing & fitting) for new project development or ECR.
• Join check with customers for a new project
• Handling events for new projects
• Create document tooling progress report part evaluation status sheet for new project
• Lead Member
