The Opportunity for Painting Engineering Supervisor

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Painting Engineering Supervisor to join our team at PT Frina Lestari Nusantara. Based in Cikarang Pusat Jawa Barat, this full-time role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our company.

Qualifications:

• Graduates of Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial or equivalent.
• Min 1-3 years experience as Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor
• Familiarity with EOM Painting is preferred
• Familiar with IMDS
• Familiar with APQP and PPAP documents
• Familiar with ISO 9001 and IATF
• Experience with plastic parts (injection, blow, vacuum) and assembly practices
• Willing to be located in Central Cikarang, GIIC Deltamas Area and Join as soon as possible.

Job description :

• Design Part styling for Customer
• Create Checking Fixture Spec Base on 3D & 2D data
• Controlling & Cheking Painting process
• Create Project reports to internal & customer
• Create PPAP & APQP Document
• Handling supplier manufacturing tooling new project
• Join check with customers for a new project
• Colaborate with RnD, Quality, and production teams to implement painting spesifications based on customer (EOM) rrequirements
• Lead Member
