The Opportunity for Painting Supervisor

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Painting Supervisor to join our team at PT Frina Lestari Nusantara. Based in Cikarang Pusat Jawa Barat, this full-time role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our company.

Qualifications:

• Graduates of vocational schools/D3 in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in the same field.
• Normal color vision.
• Proficient in Ms. Office.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 and IATF.
• Knowledge of painting tools, processes, and materials. 
• Experience in the Plastic Manufacturing field (preferred). 
• Ability to implement continuous improvement in product quality and other areas. 
• Willing to be located in Central Cikarang, GIIC Deltamas Area and Join as soon as possible.

Job description :

• Plan and organize the painting production schedule.
• Supervise the production process to ensure that quality, quantity, and timing are in accordance with the plan.
• Be responsible for painting production management to ensure that inventory is maintained.
• Be responsible for all painting production tools to ensure that they are always in prime condition and that production facilities can operate optimally and smoothly.
• Report on production activities on a regular basis.
• Lead Member
