The Opportunity for Internal Control Supervisor

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Internal Control Supervisor to join our team at PT Frina Lestari Nusantara. Based in Cikarang Pusat Jawa Barat, this full-time role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our company.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field (graduates in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or Management are preferred)

• Having sense about risk management and bussiness process especially manufacture company

• Firm, objective, highly detail-oriented and integrity

• Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF

• Have good leadership skills and can work in a team.

• Willing to be located in Central Cikarang, GIIC Deltamas Area and Join as soon as possible.

Job Description:

• Lead and conduct independent assurance.

• Conduct audits across all departments to ensure compliance with company SOPs and ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 standards.

• Analizy and controlling bussiness process in company.

• Manage document control (SOPs & Work Instructions).

• Serve as a trusted advisor to management suporting informed and risk based decision making.

• Perform special audits invetigated as request by comitte audits (internal & external) or management.

• Provide practical, value radd ecomendation to improve risk management, internal control and operating efficiency.

• Manage audit enggement end to end from planning and field work to reporting and follow up on management actions.

• Develop and excute risk based audit and program, supported by data analitics, operational of bussines area.

• Conduct periodic physical and administrative verifications to prevent fraud, waste, or operational inefficiencies.
