The Opportunity for Engineering Manager

We are seeking a strategic and technical Engineering Manager to lead our engineering department at our plastic parts manufacturing facility in Cikarang. You will drive continuous improvement, oversee technical operations, and ensure seamless product delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.

• At least 5 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Solid expertise in plastic manufacturing processes (Injection, Blow, Vacuum, Painting), assembly, and automation.

• Proficient in 3D CAD software and quality frameworks (ISO, IATF, APQP, PPAP).

• Strong leadership, project management, and lean manufacturing skills.

• Must be available for an in-person (offline) interview.

Job description:

• Lead, mentor, and elevate the manufacturing engineering team.

• Oversee the deployment of new machinery, automation, and advanced technologies.

• Collaborate across departments (Design, Production, QA) and manage vendor relations to optimize processes and minimize costs.

• Track and report engineering KPIs to foster operational excellence.
